THE QUAKERTOWN NATIONAL BANK TO OPEN ITS FIRST SUPERMARKET BRANCH IN NEW GIANT FOOD STORE

Quakertown, PA (27 February 2004) Thomas J. Bisko, President and CEO of The Quakertown National Bank (QNB), announced that QNB will be establishing its first supermarket branch office in the new GIANT Food Store in Quakertown Commons, 901 S. West End Blvd. (Route 309). The new branch is scheduled to open June, 2004 along with the scheduled Grand Opening of the GIANT Food Store. The branch opening will bring QNB’s total number of branches to eight.

“For over 126 years, we've been bringing banking innovations to the Upper Bucks community," said Bisko. "Our supermarket branch reflects our commitment to providing convenience and exceptional personal service to our customers along with seven-day-a-week banking."

The QNB branch in the GIANT Food Store will feature full-service banking including an ATM, and a video monitor that provides news, weather, sports, and other information to customers. The new branch will offer customers the same products and services available at other QNB branches plus the convenience of expanded hours and banking while you're shopping. The branch will be open Monday through Friday from 10 AM until 7 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM until 4 PM.
